As part of our overall approach, we strive to:ISO 9001:2015 Certificate New Source Technology has maintained a quality management system for design, manufacturing, sales, marketing and distribution of lamp-pumped solid state laser components since ISO 9001:2015 was certified in 2017. New Source Technology has successfully completed the recertification audit to the ISO 9001:2015 management standard. Certificate was issued on March 24th, 2020.

RMAWe handle RMAs from our customers with the utmost diligence and sincerity. To process an RMA, we work closely with our vendors to locates the root cause of the problem and to establish better practices to prevent issues from recurring.
